Members are responsible for the security of their own accounts. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, contact support immediately.

• Each account is registered to a single mobile number.
• Changing your registered number requires KYC verification.
• It is strongly recommended that you keep two-factor authentication enabled for account login.
• You must be at least 18 years of age.

If false age information is provided at registration, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited. BDCrown may request a national ID or other documents for age verification at any time.

BDCrown may temporarily suspend a suspicious account pending verification. This process is carried out solely for the protection of the member.

Deposits and withdrawals on BDCrown are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are typically credited to your wallet within 2–5 minutes. Withdrawals are processed within 7–30 minutes depending on your VIP level.

The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. An OTP sent to your registered mobile number is required to process a withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking account registered in the member's own name.

If a technical error during live betting causes a wager to be recorded at incorrect odds, BDCrown reserves the right to void that bet. Bets will be refunded if a match is cancelled or postponed.

• Exploiting software glitches or bugs in any game to obtain abnormal winnings is strictly prohibited.
• Using multiple accounts to engage in betting arbitrage is strictly prohibited.
